Apple Blueberry Milkshake

2 Handfuls of Greens
1 Apple, Cored
1 Cup Frozen Blueberries
1 tsp. Cinnamon
1 Cup Almond Milk, Coconut Milk or Water

    sounds yummy, this week I’ve been doing an apple a day to increase my fiber intake, but its always good to know that it helps my poor memory too! I will definitely have to try this smoothie out, great post and info with the extra information on the ingredient benefits 🙂
