Day 13 – Kiwi Crush Smoothie

I came across this smoothie recipe and had to make it this morning.  It was yummy.  I was thinking……I’m still having my one cup of coffee in the morning. No big deal but I’m wondering do I NEED it or is it just a habit??  Maybe I should try to go without……..we will see.


This smoothie is a little tart but I like it!!


Kiwi Crush Smoothie

Makes 1 smoothie

1/2 medium frozen banana

1 medium frozen kiwi (peel and chop it before you freeze it)

1/2 cup coconut water

1 cup spinach

1 (3-inch) chunk of cucumber, peeled or unpeeled

1 (1-inch) chunk of fresh ginger root, peeled

1 scoop of Greens

1 TB Hemp Hearts


Blend all ingredients in a blender until smooth. Enjoy your hydrating Kiwi Crush Smoothie!
