Some key factors why you are not losing as much bodyfat as you want or achieving the physique you desire:
1) Missing meals or starving the body. Everyday I hear a story about some women saying I’m only eating 600 calories and doing an hour of cardio and I cant lose any weight. No shit. You are starving the body and it will refuse to let any fat go when starved.
2) You are doing too much cardio. If you want to get fit you need to lift. ESPECIALLY YOU WOMEN!! Lift, Lift, Lift. 70% of your efforts need to be with weights. Adding muscle increases metabolism and forces the body to burn more calories during the day. Cardio makes you soft and eats away at muscle if that is all that you do!

Finally, I am losing weight and on 2 pills a day from 8. We discovered I have metabolic syndrome and a whole bunch of food allergies. My Doctor Jay Wortman from Canada Health did a documentary called MY BIG FAT DIET…
Anyway, just wanted to let you know that part of my diet includes a body by vi shake a day(no fruit, no nuts) I am allowed protein and fat and less than 20 carbs a day. This diet is not for everyone but had I been on it 12 years ago. I would have never become diabetic. I am not allowed to lift as my body is correcting itself but I am allowed very light walking.
The great thing is, my energy is back! YAY!
I’m so happy for you!! It’s about finding what works for your body. We are all different and food allergies would play a huge role. Most people who have ever dieted for a long period of time will likely get metabolic damage. we need to repair our bodies so that it will function optimally like is should be.
