Clarins Gentle Refiner Exfoliating Cream Review

There has been so much buzz about Clarins products on social media lately so I thought I would order some products to give them a try. Well, it was like Christmas yesterday opening all of my goodies that arrived.

I was reading up on the company and love that they use plant extracts in their formulas over the chemical ones……….this is a thumbs up!!

Who is Clarins?

Clarins is the number 1 prestige skincare brand in Europe.

Beauty “Made in France”

It all began in Paris on March 15, 1954, when Jacques Courtin-Clarins opened his first Clarins Institute with the pioneering belief that well-being and happiness were inextricably linked to beauty—a daring holistic vision that he was the first to express and apply.

Clarins selects a natural ingredient over a chemical one, if it delivers the same level of effectiveness. This is the golden rule that all Clarins researchers follow when designing our innovative new products.

Clarins uses over 250 natural plant extracts in its formulas. All are carefully selected for their effectiveness and are delivered in an optimal formula to reveal the beauty of every woman. Each ingredient is sourced with the utmost care for the environment to protect our planet’s biodiversity.

I decided to try the Gentle Refiner Exfoliating Cream with Microbeads. This is an exfoliating and polishing scrub that is good for Normal skin tones. I have combination skin and it worked very well.

I used a small amount and scrubbed it on my face and rinsed it off with water.

Let me just say Wow!! If you want radiant, glowing skin then this is the scrub to use. My skin felt so soft and smooth after using this scrub. It does say that it is gentle, but I think it may be a little abrasive for sensitive skin – luckily I am fine with it.

This exfoliator reminds me of the Origins Modern Friction™ Nature’s Gentle Dermabrasion.

The Clarins Gentle Refiner Exfoliating Cream with Microbeads is $35 for 50 ml

So far I am loving their products.  I have a few more of their products to try and will post more about these fabulous products.

Have you tried and Clarins products?  What is your favorite product?
