I have listed some of my favourite places for ice cream in Mississauga, some have been around for a long time and some are new and have unique and specialty ice cream.

1. D Spot Dessert Café

Not only is this a dessert cafe but a great place to grab some ice cream. Is there anything better than some delicious ice cream on top of a waffle or crepe? How about a Ferrero Skillet cookie with a side of vanilla ice cream?
2. LaDiperie
208 Queen St S, Mississauga | Website
LaDiperie has a selection of delicious ice cream options from soft serve to scoops with additional toppings. They also have mini donuts, perfect for that mini treat. They have a fun selection of regular-sized donuts such as donuts with peanut butter dip and crushed Reeses, donuts with caramel dip, peanuts, and caramel syrup just to name a few. They also offer several different cakes including Cheesecake Factory cheesecakes.

3. Dairy Cream
715 Lakeshore Road, Mississauga | Website
The original Dairy Cream since 1958! They are known for their soft-serve ice cream and you will often find lineups out the door. They offer soft service ice cream with various dips such as chocolate, peanut butter, cherry, white chocolate, and cotton candy. They have a large selection of different sundaes, flurries, slush, milkshakes, yogurt smoothies, and banana split. Not just an ice cream shop! They also offer other fun desserts like funnel cakes as well as take-home items.

4. Murphy’s Ice Cream

Demetres is known for its wonderful selection of mouthwatering desserts. They have crepes, waffles, sundaes, cakes, milkshakes, and smoothies. They also have coffee, tea, craft ice creams, and vegan menu options.
5. Sweet Jesus
100 City Centre Drive, Mississauga | Website
If you haven’t been to Sweet Jesus for ice cream then you are missing out. They have a wonderful selection of ice cream that is Instagram-worthy. They have fun names for their ice cream such as Hella Hazelnut, Krusty the cone, County Killah, Rocky Road Rage, and Oh Hungry just to name a few.
They also have shakes, frappes, cakes, baked goods and cakes to take home.
6. Scoops Ice Cream
82 Lakeshore Road East, Mississauga | Website
You will find made in-house artisan ice cream. Located along Lakeshore, a great place to grab a scoop of ice cream before strolling and window shopping.
7. Eva’s
53 Lakeshore Road E, Port Credit | Website
Eva’s carries a selection of gourmet Hungarian treats, handmade and baked goods as well as vegan options including soft serve. Try the famous Chimney Cakes, a traditional Hungarian pastry or an original Chimney cone with ice cream.
8. Marble Slab Creamery

Marble Slab Creamery is always a great stop for some gourmet ice cream. They have a great selection of flavours along with banana splits, fudge brownie delight as well as low-fat yogurt smoothies.
