Hello Spring!
I think Spring has finally arrived in Toronto. It was warm enough to walk around in shorts and flip flops this weekend (as all Torontonians will do even if it is January). I recently walked into Club Monaco and this romper caught my eye. The colour, the pattern…….everything about it screamed Spring. I had to have it. Lucky for me it was the last one in my size.
How about those sandals!! These sandals are actually comfortable – I know right! They aren’t actually that high and are easy to walk in, especially if you don’t wear heels that often. I love the nude colour that makes my legs look super long.

Truth be told, I am not one to wear shorts or a romper. This may sound ridiculous but shorts are a little intimidating – you can’t really hide behind shorts. I have avoided wearing shorts for a long time. Sad, I know. I thought that I can’t be the only one who feels a little self conscious in shorts. There may be a dimple or two and I don’t have thigh gap. I use to lift heavy weights (yes, this girl use to leg press 700 lbs) so my thighs are more on the muscular side, muscle is good. I am definitely going to be wearing more shorts and showing off my legs this summer.
Is there something that you don’t feel comfortable wearing?

I love every single aspect of this outfit from head to toe. I'm such a romper fan, LOVE LOVE LOVE them (all year round) but especially in the summer. You are always so well dressed!
