If you have been following my blog you will know that we did a mini tour of Florida and have visited Palm Beach, Treasure Island, Punta Gorda and Fort Lauderdale Before heading to our last destination, we headed to Miami for a special raw vegan lunch at Plant Food + Wine Miami.
Plant Food + Wine Miami
Plant Food + Wine is a plant-based restaurant located in The Sacred Space Miami, a health and wellness campus founded by Karla Dascal, that has an emphasis on living foods, featuring vibrant, organic cuisine inspired by South Florida. We were so lucky to have had the opportunity to dine at this dynamic restaurant where the menu blends seasonal, local products and includes many of Matthew Kenney’s classic raw food dishes. It is a very modern setting but yet so tropical and tranquil right in the heart of Miami.
It is a beautiful space where you can come to relax, re-energize, and reconnect and dine on artfully presented raw vegan cuisine and sip on organic wine in the modern surroundings.
The dining room features a view of the exposed kitchen. It includes an extensive bar, serving cold-pressed juices and detox beverages, as well as cocktails based on seasonal ingredients and a broad list of organic wine and sake. There is also a stunning patio, that is a garden oasis.
Although we are not vegan, we do enjoy healthy vegan and vegetarian dishes and couldn’t pass up this foodies paradise.

This is the most amazing plant based “lasagna” that I have ever had. The macadamia ricotta had the taste and texture of ricotta, you would never know that this wasn’t cheese.

If you are in Miami, you need to venture out to this serene piece of paradise in the midst of downtown. It is totally unexpected and you will be delighted by the food art that looks almost too good to eat.
Thank you so much to Plant Food + Wine for a wonderful experience. Hands down, this was the best vegan, culinary art show that we have experienced. Make sure to follow their Instagram page for visual culinary works of art.
Is there a vegan restaurant that you would recommend?
